Cryx Color scheme - The Plan

Okay, with the upcoming painting challenge, I am setting up a quick and nice color scheme for Adam to follow to get his Cryx stuff painted up really fast.

I will be using the Denegra warcaster model for the color scheme example.

Here are the steps that I am planning:

1. Prime black
2. Light dry brush with Iron Hull Grey (P3)
3. Paint Armored areas with Boltgun Metal and Brazen Brass (GW and Vallejo)
4. Paint cloth areas Iron Hull Grey (P3)
5. Wash with Badab Black (GW)
6. Highlight Grey Areas with Iron Hull Grey (P3)
7. Paint skin areas with Pale Flesh (Vallejo)
8. Wash skin areas with a Ogrun Flesh Wash (GW)
9. Paint basing in Fortress Grey (GW)
10. Wash basing with Baal Red / Devlan Mud 50-50 mix (GW)
11. Dry brush base with Fortress Grey (GW)
12. Paint Base Ring Chaos Black (GW)
13. Apply static grass to a few sparse areas onbase
14. Matte varnish and play games!
