Well, knee deep in the 'Nid contract for Ryan. Man o man, the GW spray gun is going to really come into play on this one. With 2 x 30 termaguants and 3 x 30 hormaguants to paint, I want this to go as fast as possible.
I have the following completed already:
1 x 30 Termaguants
1 x 3 Tyrant Guard
1 x 3 Zoanthropes
1 x 10 Ripper bases
I have a really nicely converted flying Hive Tyrant for him, going to be the thing that kills and makes rippers for now. Also I am working on converting a hive tyrant to a Swarmlord from a standard Hive Tyrant.
Also looking at converting a Tyrannofex and a Tervigor. That is going to be interesting. Taking suggestions from anyone who have seen a good example of what has worked!

Woohoo a Walkthrough for you fantasy guys
Okay, so fished out some Chaos Warriors I had laying around to get another walk through for the Fantasy guys out there. We all know painting rank and file are a huge PITA, so here are 3 warriors, 3 colorschemes, all in one walkthrough.
As WFB armies will generally have massed bricks of infantry, the goal is to get your rank and file painted up quickly so that you can get to the next game with another painted unit.
Step 1
Nurgle Warrior - Camo Green (gw)
Khorne Warrior - Mecharite Red (gw)
Tzeentch Warrior - Mordian Blue (gw)
Step 2
Khorne Warrior - Badab Black Wash (gw)
Tzeentch Warrior - Azuerman Blue Wash (gw)
Step3
All warriors - Boltgun Metal (gw)on the weapons, chain mail and shield devices. Scorched Brown (gw) on all cloaks. Beasty Brown (vgc) in boots, gloves, and cape fur.
Step 4
Wash all Boltgun and brown areas with Badab Black (gw). Horns in Jack Bone (p3) and then washed with Gryphone Sepia (gw)
Total, not including drying time, these 3 models took about 20 minutes. So a unit of 12 should take about 80 minutes. Not bad for getting a painted unit on the field!
